Located at the first floor of the main building the Picchio apartment fits perfectly the needs of a couple in search of a place that can boost relaxation.
It is splitted into three areas: a large living room, king-size bedroom and a bathroom.
Particularly remarkable is the ceiling with on-sight wooden beams of the 17th Century, that highlights the kitchen tiled with the same colour of Chianti’s sky, consecrated and made worldwide famous by Leonardo’s most famous masterpiece, the Mona Lisa.
The bedroom is an immersion in the ancient Tuscany with its fornitures, including a king-size bed, and its breathtaking view on both sides of the Chianti, the rural part from the south-west oriented window and the wilder part from the south-eastern one.
The bathroom has a wide shower, a bidet and a a thrompe-l’oel painting representing a woodpecker.
Last but not least is the private terrace with a pergola overshadowing the table.
